You will be responsible for supporting and representing your manager as a SME on Reconciliations and Custody Services by acting as a primary client service contact who assists the Fund Managers and teams with ad hoc queries and analysis along with supporting and representing your manager as a SME on operational project tasks and fund launches ensuring the Manager is kept informed of any Issues, that require, urgent resolutions. You will also be responsible for supporting your manager in the delivery of a robust framework of control, governance and monitoring and analysing key data to build and provide key MI to senior management.
Your Key responsibilities will be:
Act as a primary client service contact who assists the Fund Managers and teams with ad hoc queries and analysis.
Support and represent your manager as a SME on operational project tasks and fund launches.
Support your manager in the delivery of a robust framework of control, governance and monitoring.
Analyse key data to build and provide key MI to senior management.
Maintenance of Tasks, Controls and Reconciliations in Aladdin system. Assist the manager to lead the standardisation of account reconciliation process description and purpose and procedures.
Continuous improvement and efficiency changes; i.e. stabilisation of existing functionality and recommendation of changes.
Prepare the Weekly and Monthly MIS Report.
Ensure the Manager is kept informed of any Issues regularly.
Assist with Projects and liaise with Business areas and the Custodians.
Ensure Procedures are kept up to date and other Team members of the Team are aware of any changes made.

It is essential for you to have demonstrable experience in the Asset or Cash Reconciliations Environment with a Custodian Bank or Asset Management Company. Additional knowledge of the Custody account opening on-boarding process, Stock Market Instruments, Settlement procedures and Corporate Actions or Global Custody will be desirable.
